MyChart User Guide

Welcome to MyChart! This user guide will help you navigate through the features of our app to effectively manage your healthcare information for yourself and your family members.

Upon downloading the MyChart app, open it on your device.

If you haven't already, create an account with your healthcare organization by searching for them within the app or visiting their MyChart website.

Key Features:

Communication:

Use MyChart to communicate with your care team regarding any questions or concerns you may have.

Health Information:

Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other pertinent health information securely from your device.

Integration with Google Fit:

Connect your MyChart account with Google Fit to seamlessly import health-related data from your personal devices.

After Visit Summary:

Access your After Visit Summary for past visits and hospital stays, including clinical notes provided by your healthcare provider.

Appointment Management:

Schedule and manage appointments, whether they are in-person visits or video visits, directly through the app.

Price Estimates:

Obtain price estimates for healthcare services to better understand the cost of care.

Medical Billing:

View and pay your medical bills securely within the app.

Medical Record Sharing:

Securely share your medical record with anyone who has internet access, regardless of their location.

Account Linking:

Link accounts from other healthcare organizations to consolidate all your health information in one place.

Push Notifications:

Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can enable or disable this feature in the Account Settings.

Account Setup:

After creating an account, enable fingerprint authentication or set up a four-digit passcode for quick and secure logins.

To log in, simply use your fingerprint or enter your passcode, eliminating the need to enter your username and password each time.
